RECORD INFUSIONS

The Hizentra App simplifies the process of recording infusions. Simply scan the QR code using your device's camera and record details such as infusion sites. Improved scanning captures important information automatically, including the date, time, lot number, expiration date, form type, and form size.

TRACK

With the Hizentra App, every logged infusion becomes a digital record of your therapy history. You can review and edit these records at any time. Filter your records by date or search using lot numbers or keywords from previous infusions. The Hizentra App also allows you to share your infusion data as a PDF.

DATA

The Hizentra App securely stores your data in the cloud with your consent. This ensures backup of your infusion history and syncing across your devices. If you currently have the MyHizentraTM Infusion Manager installed, you can easily migrate your previously recorded infusions without losing any data.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

WARNING: Thrombosis (blood clots) can occur with immune globulin products, including Hizentra. Risk factors may include advanced age, prolonged immobilization, a history of blood clotting or hyperviscosity (thickened blood), use of estrogens, implanted vascular catheters, and cardiovascular risk factors.

If you are at high risk for blood clots, your doctor will prescribe Hizentra at the lowest possible dose and infusion rate. Additionally, they will monitor for signs of clotting events and hyperviscosity. Remember to drink enough fluids before starting the Hizentra infusion.
